Multiple building projects

If you have already made a decision to order our project, this can be done in two ways. The easiest and most convenient way is to click on your favorite design; the pop-up window will occur, click “Order” and follow the purchase instructions.

If you want to make any modifications, click on the icon “Make changes to the draft” which is near to floor plans. There you can draw new walls, delete old redundant ones, draw windows or doors, and make other desired changes. There you will also be able to describe all your thoughts. Then click “Send”. All the changes will be received by our experts. They will evaluate your needs, identify the price for changes and contact you.

If you are ordering by phone or e-mail, we need the following data:

1. Landowner's full name (if several owners - their names)
2. Residence
3. Contact tel. No.
4. The exact address of the site, where a house will be built on
5. Cadastral number (see the title documents)
6. Plot area

The data will be required for contracting a purchase contract.

Project preparation will take about five working days. A prepared design is sent by registered mail to your address. You can also come and pick your project at our office, which is located in Vasario 16-osios str. 44, in Siauliai.

During project acquisition process you do not need to come to us, you can arrange everything online, and thus save time and money.
