Custom home project is a building project, designed according to your personal wishes and desires. Custom projects typically cost up to several times more than multiple building projects. If you do not find a suitable multiple building project, our architect team will create a customized project within a short time and at affordable price.

Design duration depend on you. In most cases a full preparation of a project takes up to 20 business days. To meet our 20 day turnaround time you will need to be able to respond very quickly to our initial design survey. To achieve a two week design process you typically need to respond to all design feedback request within one business day. Most of our users do not meet such a speedy turnaround time, which is completely fine. The key is to develop the perfect plan for you.

The first thing to note about this design process is that it will occur all over e-mail, web, and other forms of electronic communications. It is important to note that to deliver a custom house plan product for such an attractive price we need to work very efficiently. In general the design process will occur over three phases:

Phase 1 – Design. This phase begins after you have submitted your initial 30% payment. Once the deposit is accepted, an assigned designer will reach you via e-mail or telephone and collect your thoughts, dreams, and requirements. You can give as much or as little information as you wish; the key is to be to-the-point and direct about your design goals and needs. Once the designer receives the needed information, they will begin to design your home. You will work with them on floor plan development, and then focus on capacity and elevations.

Phase 2 – Building/Construction Drawings. This phase begins after you have submitted Design Phase approval and 2nd payment (30% of total). In Phase 2 our designer will construct o construction part of your house. At the end of this a review construction drawing set will be sent to you for your approval.

Phase 3 – Final Approval & Delivery. After construction part is finished you will have to pay the remaining 40% of the deposit. Upon receipt of final payment we will print you’re the entire project (three copies) and floor plans in DWG format, and the main drawings in PDF format and will send them by registered mail. You are licensed to build a single home from the plans. Building more than one home from the plans is an infringement of the designer's copyright. Therefore, if you would like to build a house more than once, you are required to purchase another full set of blueprints. If you buy more than one set (counting from the second one), you will be granted with a discount.

A full 3D color rendering is included with the base service. That said, we can create a full 3D rendering of your home (both exterior and interior) with your chosen materials, colors, and external features.
